Tata Capital Pankh is a merit-cum-means scholarship for students whose education is affected by financial constraints. The current programme covers Classes 11 and 12 as well as eligible general undergraduate, diploma and ITI courses at recognised institutions in India. Applicants need at least 60% in their preceding academic year, class or semester and annual parental income of no more than ₹4 lakh.
Assistance is linked to tuition or course fees and the applicant’s marks band. For school students, the caps range from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000; for general graduation, diploma and ITI students, they range from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000. The award is limited by the applicable percentage of fees, so students should not assume that everyone receives the highest advertised amount.
The application partner lists 15 November 2026 as the closing date. Applicants should prepare their marksheet, admission and fee evidence, income proof and bank details before completing the online form. Children of Tata Capital or Buddy4Study employees are excluded. Additional consideration is described for specified disadvantaged groups, while the final award depends on the programme’s selection process.
