Delete your account
Bodhi Exam is operated by APdigi. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
From the app
Open Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to
support@apdigi.in
from the email address on the account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, phone number and password
- Your learning profile, chosen course, target exam and language
- All test attempts and answers, and your scores and rankings
- Mastery and revision history (the Bodhi tree)
- Battle history and any device tokens used for notifications
- Any active subscription record
What is kept
- Question error reports you filed — the report is about a question, not about you, and other learners rely on it. It is kept but is no longer linked to your account.
- Aggregate, non-identifying counts already folded into question difficulty statistics, which cannot be traced back to an individual.
Retention: nothing above is retained in an identifiable form after deletion completes.
