Vocational programs can be launched phase-wise in colleges for lessons 9 to 12 to reveal college students to talent improvement avenues, as a part of the Centre’s flagship skilling scheme Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 3.0, based on the Financial Survey 2020-21 tabled in Parliament on Friday.
