NPUR: The DAV (Dayanand Anglo Vaidic) school has given a donation of Rs 11 lakh for the development of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

In accordance with Nagendra Swaroop, secretary, Board of Administration DAV school, a cheque of Rs 11 lakh was handed to Champat Rai, vp of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), on Saturday for the development of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

Swaroop stated,”For the pious work of establishing the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, DAV has contributed Rs 11 lakh.”

One of the vital distinguished instructional institute, which runs a number of different schooling establishments within the state, it has produced many notable alumni in numerous walks of life, together with two of the nation’s personalities – firstly – former late Prime Minister – Atal Bihari Vajpayee and President Ram Nath Kovind.
